  • Yogurt, nuts, fruit or vegetable salad and oatmeal are perfect recipes for a snack.

  • Don't eat less or more, striving hard with any fixed dieting menu instead eat sensibly checking the caloric value.

  • Milk is essential thing for being fit, as it has got calcium that is good for bones and teeth.

  • Drink 3 to 4 liters of water daily, as it helps in keeping the body hydrated and restored the body energy from within balancing the loss of water lost by sweat.
